Mevalco, the Home of Fine Spanish Foods, is proud to introduce NOVO by O-MED – an exceptional, limited-edition extra virgin olive oil that captures the very essence of the olive harvest in its purest form.

Produced in Spain and crafted exclusively from 100% Picual olives, NOVO is pressed on the very first day of harvest – when the fruit is at its most vibrant and full of vitality. This early harvest precision is highly sought-after – creating an olive oil of rare intensity, remarkable freshness and an extraordinary emerald-green hue, the result of exceptionally high levels of chlorophyll and polyphenols.

Each year, the arrival of the first press of extra virgin olive oil is eagerly anticipated by chefs and gourmets alike. Like a freshly squeezed juice, olive oil is most alive and expressive when enjoyed at its freshest. NOVO captures that fleeting moment – the balance of fruitiness and gentle spice, the taste of the new season itself.

Produced by O-MED, a family-run mill in Granada renowned for its meticulous control of every stage from grove to bottle, NOVO exemplifies artisanal craftsmanship and provenance. Each bottle reflects Spain’s proud olive-growing heritage.  It’s a tribute to nature, patience and precision.

NOVO will be available exclusively through Mevalco throughout November, with an expected UK arrival on Tuesday 11 November (subject to confirmation). Pre-orders are now open at sales@mevalco.com.
