US: Privately held real estate investment and operations company Elysian will open its boutique hotel bohème in East Austin in summer 2026.
Located at 400 Comal Street, the hotel is housed in an apartment building and will be reimagined by Baldridge Architects.
When complete, it will offer 20 individually designed rooms including six suites. The hotel will also feature a rooftop bar, a lobby bar and grocer on the first floor, along with addition F&B offers by Nova Hospitality.
“This concept is a love letter to Austin’s rich history of art, music, innovation and green spaces,” said Walker L. Molinare, founder and chief visionary officer of Elysian Real Estate Group. “Each guest room was designed with this in mind, providing an eclectic array of stays to choose from. We are thrilled to begin hosting guests next year.”
