UK: Duke Street Boutique Hotel in Liverpool has reopened one month after being bought by Golding Group.
The purpose-built venue had been on the market for nine months after going up for sale for a guide price of £2.25 million in January this year.
Golding Group has led a cosmetic refurbishment of the hotel, including a redesigned reception area with a resident’s bar. Duke Street will now be fully staffed, transitioning from self-service check-in.
Kerry Audley, group general manager for Golding’s hotel operations, said: “We are delighted that we have been able to get the Duke Street Boutique Hotel re-opened and running again so soon after its purchase, and extremely excited by what we have to offer.”
Duke Street adds to Golding Group’s portfolio of hotels and serviced accommodation, including 62 Castle Street Hotel and living spaces located on Lime Street.
