
Art’otel has promoted general manager Christian Masters to lead its London Hoxton hotel, marking the latest step in his career with the PPHE Hotel Group.Masters joined the 357-room property in 2023 as hotel manager, supporting its pre-opening phase and launch.
He was credited by the group with helping to establish the hotel’s operations and early reputation.
He has worked in the hospitality sector for nearly 20 years, holding operational roles at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Conrad London St James, Montcalm East Autograph Collection and The Ministry, the workspace brand created by Ministry of Sound.

His experience spans guest operations, team development and performance management.

Art’otel London Hoxton opened in 2024. The 26-storey hotel features work by signature artist D*Face and houses two preserved Banksy pieces on public display.
