Pivot, Davidson Hospitality Group’s lifestyle division, has been selected by Jordache Enterprises to manage Hotel Lincoln, JdV by Hyatt. The hotel is located in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood and includes 182 rooms and suites and 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The property also has four dining venues that include J. Parker Rooftop Bar and Sushi Suite 202.

Hotel Lincoln is located just north of the Loop and overlooks Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. The hotel provides access to Lincoln Park Zoo, North Avenue Beach, Navy Pier and other points of interest. The property includes furnishings and amenities aligned with elements of its surroundings.
Davidson Hospitality Group also operates Hotel Zachary at Gallagher Way Tribute Portfolio, Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile and Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook Chicago. The addition of Hotel Lincoln expands the group’s operational presence across Chicago and nearby markets.
The management transition introduces new operational oversight through Pivot as it assumes responsibility for daily functions and long-term planning. The hotel’s meeting and event spaces and its dining and lodging offerings remain part of its current structure as planned updates move forward.
Hotel Lincoln continues to serve guests within the Old Town neighborhood with proximity to cultural and recreational sites across the area. The collaboration between Jordache Enterprises and Pivot establishes the next stage of operations under the JdV by Hyatt brand.
