The ITHQ Foundation has announced key leadership changes, including the appointment of Nathalie Lemyre as Executive Director. The Foundation has also welcomed Josée-Christine Boilard to its Board of Directors and promoted Josée Dufour to Vice-Chair of the Board.
Nathalie Lemyre appointed Executive Director
Nathalie Lemyre, a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), brings over 26 years of leadership experience to her new role. Having worked with prominent hotel brands such as Fairmont, Delta, and Hilton, Lemyre’s career further expanded with Air Canada, where she held various strategic roles across multiple departments, including human resources, customer experience, and service management.
Her background in strategic planning, innovative development, and problem-solving will be invaluable in advancing the ITHQ Foundation’s mission. Lemyre is also deeply involved in non-profit work, having contributed to several organizations such as the International Aerospace Women’s Association (IAWA) and Women in Aviation International, showcasing her commitment to community development and leadership.

Josée-Christine Boilard joins the Board
The ITHQ Foundation also welcomes Josée-Christine Boilard as a new board member. Boilard brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, strategic management, and consulting. As a partner at MNP, she has a strong background in governance, particularly in the fields of philanthropy and education.
Her extensive philanthropic involvement, including her past leadership roles with the Relay for Life of Greater Montreal South-West and the Fondation du Collège Montmorency, will support the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to drive excellence in education and community engagement.
Josée Dufour appointed Vice-Chair of the Board
The ITHQ Foundation also announces that Josée Dufour, a member of the Board since 2024, has been appointed Vice-Chair. Dufour’s ongoing contributions have been vital to the Foundation’s growth and success, and her leadership will continue to guide the Foundation’s work in supporting ITHQ’s mission and initiatives.

The ITHQ Foundation’s Board of Directors is composed of leaders from various sectors, including education, business, law, and philanthropy. Notable members include Marie-Line Beauchamp, Philippe Beauchemin, Liza Frulla, Josée Dufour, Allan Hogg, Guy Larivée, Christian Leblanc, Guillaume Touze, Marie Di Genova and Josée-Christine Boilard. The diversity of expertise within the Board ensures the Foundation’s continued ability to support the development of ITHQ’s students, faculty, and educational initiatives.
