
Hilton has signed a brand and management agreement for Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay, set to open in 2028. The property will mark the brand’s debut in the Turks and Caicos Islands and is planned as both a resort and residential development on Dellis Cay.
The island is located near Providenciales and will be accessed via a 25-minute boat transfer. The site includes more than three miles of beachfront along the Atlantic Ocean. The resort is expected to include 175 total units, composed of 62 hotel guest rooms and suites and 113 branded residences.

The residential portion will include 65 units. Plans call for nine six-bedroom ocean villas and eight five-bedroom beachfront villas. The design also includes 48 condominium keys that can be configured as one-bedroom suites or separate guest rooms.
Hilton reports that the project will also feature food and beverage options including an all-day dining venue, a specialty restaurant, a beach and pool bar and grill and Peacock Alley the Waldorf Astoria lounge concept.

The resort will include a 13,455-square-foot spa, a 1,600-square-foot fitness center, adult and family pools, retail space, a library and over 3,000 square feet of event space.
The signing adds to Hilton’s regional pipeline which includes more than 130 properties in development across the Caribbean and Latin America. The brand currently operates Waldorf Astoria properties in Mexico and Panama with planned openings in Costa Rica and San Miguel de Allende.
