“Adversity is a terrible thing to waste,” says Guidara, sharing one of his favorite quotes from his father.  “We can’t control what life throws at us, but we can control how we react to it.”

“Use it to fuel what we learn, how we improve and to drive our competiveness.  We need to give ourselves pace to feel the full weight of those disapoointments.  Take what we can. Learn from it. And then move on. ”
