Sage Hospitality Group has added the Hilton Denver City Center to its management portfolio, marking the management company’s first partnership with Park Hotels & Resorts.

The Hilton Denver City Center became the 18th hotel to join Sage’s Denver portfolio, joining other properties such as The Crawford, The Maven, The Oxford, Hotel Teatro and Hotel Clio.

“We are thrilled to add the Hilton Denver City Center to our growing portfolio and are excited about our new partnership with Park Hotels & Resorts,” said Daniel del Olmo, president of Sage Hospitality Group. “Given our long-standing relationship with Hilton and our successful track record in urban markets like Denver, we’re confident that we can enhance the value of this important asset for Park Hotels & Resorts. Over the course of our 40-year history, Sage has been committed to Denver and our community downtown so this hotel is a natural fit to our portfolio.”

The Hilton Denver City Center features 613 guest rooms and suites with views of the Rocky Mountains or the Denver skyline. The hotel is located within walking distance of Larimer Square and the 16th Street Mall, two key destinations in the city.

The property features 35,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including 33 conference rooms. Sage Restaurant Concepts will manage the hotel’s on-site restaurant, Prospect’s Urban Kitchen and Bar, known for its locally-sourced menu and selection of Colorado beers.

“We are excited to collaborate with Sage Hospitality at this vibrant hotel in the heart of downtown Denver,” said Thomas J. Baltimore Jr., chairman and CEO of Park Hotels & Resorts. “Sage’s deep knowledge of the Denver market and their hands-on approach to operations made them the right partner for us.”

Based in Denver, Sage has four companies — Sage Hotel Management, Sage Restaurant Concepts, Sage Studio, and Sage Investments — that work together to deliver quality hospitality.
