A Bit About Monthip’s Career Journey

Monthip began her career in hospitality, gaining hands-on experience during four years in hotel operations, where she managed day-to-day activities and enhanced guest experiences. She then transitioned to the Sales & Marketing department for another four years, honing her skills in customer engagement and market positioning.

Her passion for innovation led her to the tech side of hospitality, joining a SaaS company that specialized in cloud-based property management system (PMS) solutions. For two years, she worked as a Sales Representative and Marketing Specialist in Thailand, focusing on driving operational efficiency for hotels. Monthip’s diverse experience eventually brought her to STAAH, where she now combines her hospitality and technology expertise to help hoteliers succeed in the digital era.

Monthip values STAAH’s collaborative and supportive work culture. She was particularly impressed by the dynamic environment during the Southeast Asia (SEA) team meeting, which left a lasting positive impression. She appreciates working with a team that is approachable, dedicated, and passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients.

Monthip’s interests outside STAAH

Outside of work, Monthip enjoys staying updated on hospitality and technology trends. She also finds inspiration in nature and traveling to immerse herself in different cultures. These experiences not only help her recharge but also broaden her understanding of global customer preferences, enriching her ability to deliver effective solutions at STAAH.
