Tour Partner Group has signed an agreement to acquire JacTravel from Web Travel Group, to create one of Europe’s leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
The transaction is expected to close at the end of April, for an undisclosed amount.
Tour Partner Group has built its position through acquiring and integrating companies that offer the benefits of scale and new services for its customers, with this being yet another to its portfolio of brands.
The group was created through the combination of Hotels & More (UK); Irish Welcome Tours (Ireland); Authentic Vacations (United States); Trans Nordic Tours (Denmark); and Experience Scotland (Scotland).
By leveraging JacTravel’s expertise in Group tours and FIT, Tour Partner Group will further expand its range of products and services across multiple travel categories.

Once part of Tour Partner Group, JacTravel will continue to operate under its existing brand throughout 2025, ensuring continuity for clients and suppliers.
Karen Robertson, its current managing director of JacTravel will continue to lead the team and there will be no immediate changes to client terms, bookings, supplier agreements, or operational processes.
