This April, Executive Chef, Eran Tibi, will be switching London for the Caribbean as he returns to Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla for a five-night pop-up in collaboration with the hotel’s Executive Chef, Emmanuel Calderon.
Taking place from 15th-19th April, Eran will bring his signature flair and vibrant dishes from his acclaimed London restaurants, Kapara and Bala Baya, to the resort’s beachfront restaurant, Bamboo Bar & Grill.
Inspired by his Jewish heritage and travels, guests can expect a feast of sharing dishes which span a spectrum of Eastern Mediterranean flavours, taking influences from Tunisian, Syrian and Greek cuisine. Making the most of the island’s rich culinary landscape and local ingredients, the menu will showcase Eran’s signature dishes with a twist, from a flavourful cauliflower steak crumble and fish platters featuring the catch of the day to show-stopping desserts.
Working alongside the resort’s culinary team, this is Eran’s second pop-up marks in Anguilla and follows on from his recent appearance on the BBC’s Great British Menu, wherein he represented London and the South East in the heats for the show’s 20th anniversary season.
