B&B HOTELS USA has announced the appointment of Amir Mustafa as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mustafa takes over from Valerio Duchini, who has been promoted to Managing Director of Western Europe. This leadership change comes as part of B&B HOTELS’ strategy to accelerate its growth and expand its presence in the rapidly developing US market.
Background and experience
Before joining B&B HOTELS USA, Amir Mustafa held several key management roles, including at Extended Stay America, and served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality. His extensive experience in the hospitality sector has equipped him with a strong track record in strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership, making him well-suited to guide B&B HOTELS USA through its next phase of growth.
Education
Amir Mustafa brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic vision to B&B HOTELS USA. He is a graduate of Ain Shams University and completed the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
