Leonardo Hotels has appointed Isaac Mizrachi as its new Global Head of Loyalty, a position he has been actively fulfilling since March. Based in Berlin, Mizrachi will focus on further developing the hotel group’s loyalty program, AdvantageCLUB, as part of its ongoing growth strategy in Europe and the UK.

A strong background in marketing and technology

Isaac Mizrachi brings a wealth of experience in travel, marketing, and technology to Leonardo Hotels. Before joining the company, Mizrachi played a key role in driving brand growth and digital strategies during his time as Country Manager at Booking.com. He also served as Senior Director of Marketing at Visit Canberra, where he led successful international marketing campaigns, including market expansions into India and the USA.

Mizrachi’s diverse background in both marketing and technology will be instrumental in shaping the future of Leonardo Hotels’ loyalty initiatives, aligning with the brand’s commitment to enhancing guest experiences through innovative and personalized solutions.

“I am delighted to welcome Isaac Mizrachi to the Leonardo team as Head of Loyalty. Developing our loyalty platform is a key strategic objective for us, and with Isaac’s passion and experience, I know he will play a pivotal role in helping Leonardo Hotels deliver a loyalty programme that drives growth and rewards our guests.” “At Leonardo Hotels, guests are treated like family, and I’m thrilled to join the team and develop a loyalty programme that embodies that spirit,” – Isaac Mizrachi, Global Head of Loyalty at Leonardo Hotels

“In a competitive market, it’s crucial to offer genuine value and build a community that keeps our guests connected.  I’m excited to collaborate with the talented hospitality experts here to create a truly exceptional loyalty experience that sets Leonardo Hotels apart.” – David Fattal, Owner and CEO of Leonardo Hotels

Enhancing the AdvantageCLUB Loyalty program

In his new role, Isaac Mizrachi will lead the development of an innovative, technology-driven global loyalty program aimed at enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. Looking ahead, Mizrachi’s leadership will steer the program towards new heights with a focus on hyper-personalization, gamification elements, and a seamless omnichannel experience.

These enhancements are designed to increase guest engagement and loyalty, setting new standards for the industry and helping to establish Leonardo Hotels as a leading brand in the competitive European hospitality market.

The Leonardo AdvantageCLUB program already offers a range of benefits for members, such as earning points with direct bookings that can be redeemed for free stays, discounts on reservations, food and drinks, and complimentary late check-outs (subject to availability).

Strategic growth for Leonardo Hotels

As Leonardo Hotels continues to expand its presence across Europe and the UK, the appointment of Isaac Mizrachi signifies a strong commitment to enhancing its customer loyalty efforts. By focusing on the continued development of the AdvantageCLUB program, Mizrachi aims to foster deeper connections with guests, ensuring long-term loyalty and reinforcing the brand’s position in the hospitality market.
