Egypt: Somabay, an exclusive Red Sea resort in Egypt, has launched the sale of its residential project, Arc of Soma: The Lagoon Edition.
Arc of Soma: The Lagoon Edition is the latest phase of the Arc of Soma Suites development, located at the top of Somabay’s peninsula.
The coastal resort features 110 units across four-unit types, available in one and three-bedroom configurations ranging from 76 to 151 square metres. Prices start from £123,606 for a single suite.
Residents of all Somabay communities will have access to facilities such as championship golf course, a sports arena with padel courts and swimming pools, an orca dive centre, as well as a spa and seawater therapy centres.
