Rosewood Hotel Group has announced two leadership appointments aimed at supporting its strategic growth in the luxury hospitality sector. The Group has appointed Anthony Ingham as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Luca Finardi as Vice President of Operations for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean Atlantic (EMEAC). These appointments come at a critical moment as Rosewood continues to expand its footprint and further solidify its position in the global luxury market.

Expanding operational leadership

Starting on September 1, 2025, Anthony Ingham will assume the role of COO, reporting directly to Sonia Cheng, the Group’s CEO. With decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Ingham will oversee the Group’s global operations, focusing on operational excellence, commercial success, and the enhancement of the guest experience across all properties. His extensive background, which includes leadership roles at InterContinental, Starwood, and Marriott International, will be instrumental in shaping Rosewood’s strategy as it continues to grow its luxury portfolio.

Ingham’s experience includes leading the brand transformation of W Hotels following its acquisition by Marriott and overseeing the marketing and experience strategies for over 120 Luxury Collection Hotels globally.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Rosewood team at a pivotal moment in the Group’s substantial growth phase, as it develops one of the most robust luxury pipelines in the industry,” “It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute further to the extraordinary work that has been done to date to position Rosewood as one of the most innovative and creative brands in the luxury lifestyle space.” – Anthony Ingham.

New leadership in EMEAC operations

In addition to the COO appointment, Rosewood has named Luca Finardi as Vice President of Operations for the EMEAC region, effective June 1, 2025. Finardi brings more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, having most recently served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Paris and Area Vice President for France, Italy, and the Czech Republic. His previous role involved establishing Mandarin Oriental’s Italian portfolio, making him a valuable addition to Rosewood’s leadership team.

Finardi’s new role will see him working closely with managing directors of Rosewood’s properties in the EMEAC region to oversee operational strategies and support the Group’s growth in these key markets.

“I am honored to join Rosewood and look forward to contributing to the Group’s success by embracing its vision and values as it pursues its quality growth strategy,” “This is a definitive moment for the Group, and it is a privilege to be part of the team, shaping its operational ethos and bringing positive impact in our communities.” – Luca Finardi.

Strategic focus on growth and operational excellence

The appointments of Ingham and Finardi underline Rosewood’s commitment to maintaining operational excellence while expanding its luxury portfolio. These leadership changes come as part of Rosewood’s broader strategy to solidify its position as a leading player in the luxury hospitality sector.
