A strategic expansion

This acquisition marks a significant step in expanding ATLAND’s offering and broadening its client base. With this move, ATLAND surpasses the €5 billion in assets under management. Integrating Keys REIM’s activities and teams enhances ATLAND’s expertise, particularly in managing professional clients.

According to ATLAND, the acquisition of Keys REIM brings a portfolio of more than 3,500 private professional clients, investing amounts over €100,000 per product. This complements ATLAND’s existing client base, which is primarily composed of retail clients and institutional investors, allowing the company to implement cross-selling strategies and extend its reach in the market.

Geographical expansion and expertise

Keys REIM brings a complementary presence in six additional European countries, strengthening ATLAND’s capacity to implement pan-European investment strategies. With an established presence in Luxembourg, the acquisition boosts the group’s ability to serve clients across various jurisdictions.

Keys REIM also manages several professional funds, including three “evergreen” funds, adding flexible and long-term investment vehicles to ATLAND’s offerings. Additionally, Keys REIM brings expertise in the hospitality sector, complementing ATLAND’s existing capabilities.

Creating value through integration

Around twenty employees from Keys REIM will join ATLAND as part of this acquisition. ATLAND will provide its tested processes, digital tools, and experienced teams to optimize support functions and operational fund management. This integration is aimed at creating significant commercial and operational synergies.
