The newly acquired property, originally built in 2022 by the Ovalto / NoeCampus Group, has been purchased “walls and business” by The Boost Society and will now operate under the KLEY brand.
“This acquisition of a 257-bed residence, completed in less than three months, demonstrates our ability to deploy recently raised capital swiftly and effectively. This new residence aligns perfectly with our KLEY brand and reinforces our presence in the southeast Paris region. With more than €1 billion in available capital, our ambition is to accelerate our growth through acquisitions and strategic developments to make The Boost Society a European leader in managed residential care, with 50 residences and 15,000 secure beds by 2026″ – Arthur Rosaz, Investment Director at The Boost Society
The residence, offering 257 beds, features 72 functional and modern rooms designed with students’ needs in mind. With a strategic location near major academic institutions, including the Grand Moulin campus, Tolbiac University center, and KEDGE Business School, the property is already home to more than 257 students. A partnership with KEDGE BS allows over 170 of the school’s students to benefit from this high-quality living environment.
A comprehensive student living experience
In addition to private living spaces, the property offers a range of shared amenities, including a lounge, co-working spaces, a wellness area, and a large outdoor terrace. The residence also features sports facilities such as a sports court, pétanque area, and a covered terrace with ping pong tables. For added convenience, there is parking for 21 vehicles, as well as a bike parking area.
Supporting regional growth and expansion
With this acquisition, The Boost Society continues to expand in the Île-de-France region, aligning with its broader strategy of accelerating growth. The group has raised over €1.3 billion to support its expansion and aims to secure 50 residences and 15,000 beds by 2026.
Recently, the group announced its largest project in France, with a new 663-bed residence in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, opening in 2027. They are also contributing to the development of 700 student housing units in Lyon Bron and acquired a new property in Saint-Ouen, opening in 2026. Additionally, The Boost Society has entered the Spanish market with the KLEY Barcelone Pallars residence, marking its first KLEY property in Spain. This expansion strengthens the group’s position as a leader in student coliving.
