A legacy of HR innovations
Under her leadership, Leonardo Hotels Central Europe has implemented several impactful HR initiatives. Notably, she introduced the “LeoDo” concept in 2014, a company-wide program focused on social activities for employees.
Additionally, in 2015, she was instrumental in launching the employee app Beekeeper, which improved internal digital communications.
The ongoing development of the Leonardo Academy has also become a cornerstone for talent retention and employee development within the organization.
She holds a degree in public law, human resources, and organizational development. She began her career in the public sector before transitioning to industry roles, where she held senior HR positions. Her extensive experience in both sectors will continue to shape the company’s HR strategy going forward.
