UAE: Real estate developer R:Evolution will unveil the interiors and communal spaces of its ultra-luxury residential project Eywa Tree of Life in Dubai this November.

Eywa is described as a “regenerative luxury living” brand with a focus on health, wellbeing and longevity.

The brand’s flagship development, Eywa Tree of Life, is reportedly the world’s first “living building” to achieve LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum certifications.

Crystals have been embedded directly into the building’s structure, including crystal gardens throughout the community spaces.

It features 50 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms, including two penthouses. Amenities include private plunge pools, a library, restaurant, multiple swimming pools, and a spa.

A health and longevity concierge will support residents with wellness, nutrition and fitness programmes.

Alex Zagrebelny, co-founder and CEO of R:Evolution and Eywa, said: “We live in a world where cities are losing their authenticity and the soulfulness of architecture, where kilometres of concrete have separated us from each other and from nature. At Eywa, we combine the best achievements of two civilisations – the ancient Vedic and the modern technocratic – to create buildings that serve as tools in people’s lives, making them healthier, more balanced, and more connected.”
