Appoints new CCO following CMO’s departure
Tailor-made tour operator Audley Travel has announced a change in its Group Executive Board for 2026 with the appointment of Camille Beaufils as chief customer officer, following the decision of chief marketing officer Daniel Robb to step down from his position after six years with the business.
Beaufils will join Audley on January 19, 2026, from Fever-Tree where she is currently global marketing director, and Robb will remain at Audley in the chief marketing officer role until January 30.
Beaufils brings more than 20 years of experience in developing brand strategies that drive business growth and has worked across multinational corporations, start-ups, and leading creative agencies, with a portfolio that includes P&G, Diageo, Airbnb and Netflix.
Speaking on the appointment, Audley Travel’s CEO Nick Longman said: “With Dan’s decision to move on, we have decided that the right structure for our Group Executive Board is the addition of a new position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO) which will play a pivotal role in shaping Audley Travel’s global marketing, brand, and client engagement strategy.
“I’m delighted to welcome Camille to Audley in this role, as she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise which will guide us in the next stage of our growth as a truly global brand in bespoke, tailor-made travel.
“I also want to take this opportunity to thank Dan for his outstanding contribution to shaping our marketing and brand strategy over the last six years.”
