
New World Hospitality has purchased the 105-bedroom BLOC Hotel Birmingham for an undisclosed price from Arora Group.
The hotel has been sold in an off-market deal arranged by Enterprise Hotels and Hospitality.
Strategically positioned in the Jewellery Quarter, the BLOC Hotel Birmingham is renowned for its contemporary design. Room sizes range from 9.5 sqm for windowless bedrooms to 21 sqm for luxury apartments, all equipped with hi-tech amenities.

Gavin Wright, founder of Enterprise Hotels and Hospitality, explained that the purpose-built, freehold hotel opened in 2011 and has enjoyed a strong trading performance.

The Jewellery Quarter is home to more than 150 independent retailers, 80 bars and restaurants, and three museums, and produces over 40% of the UK’s jewellery.
