Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Indian Hotels Company have announced a global loyalty partnership that links Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ MyMillennium programme with IHCL’s Taj InnerCircle of NeuPass, creating reciprocal benefits for members across both hotel groups’ portfolios worldwide.
The announcement coincides with Millennium Hotels & Resorts marking 30 years of operations. The company is headquartered in Singapore and operates hotels across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Middle East. Under the partnership, the two companies align their loyalty platforms to provide shared access to participating properties within their respective networks.
“IHCL’s iconic brand Taj joining hands with Millennium Hotels & Resorts unlocks meaningful synergies within a global loyalty network. Through this collaboration, the integration of MyMillennium with Taj InnerCircle enhances the member experience by extending seamless, reciprocal benefits across both portfolios. Our focus remains on shaping the future of travel through strategic alliances such as this, delivering enduring value for our guests and partners alike,” said Puneet Chhatwal, managing director & CEO, IHCL.
As part of the collaboration, Taj InnerCircle of NeuPass members gain access to Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ global portfolio. Members are eligible for a 10% discount off the Best Flexible Rate at participating Millennium Hotels & Resorts properties worldwide. MyMillennium members receive a reciprocal 10% discount on stays at participating Taj hotels globally.
MyMillennium is Millennium Hotels & Resorts’ global loyalty programme and spans more than 145 hotels across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the United States and the Middle East. The programme rewards members for hotel stays and dining while providing access to the company’s portfolio of hotel brands in multiple regions.
“Partnering with an iconic brand such as Taj reflects our Blue Ocean mindset, pursuing growth beyond traditional boundaries. As we mark 30 years of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, this strategic collaboration strengthens our presence in India and key global markets, bringing together Taj’s legendary Indian hospitality with Millennium’s international reach,” said Kwek Leng Beng, executive chairman, Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
The partnership provides members with access to a range of properties identified in the announcement, including The Biltmore Los Angeles, M Social Hotel Phuket, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore and Taj hotels across India and other markets. These properties span urban, resort and mixed-use destinations and form part of the combined portfolios accessible through the loyalty programmes.
According to the information provided, the collaboration is positioned as a loyalty-based initiative rather than an operational integration. Each company continues to manage its own hotel brands and properties while extending programme recognition and benefits to members of the partner programme.
The announcement concludes with both companies confirming the launch of the reciprocal benefits under the MyMillennium and Taj InnerCircle of NeuPass programmes. The partnership establishes a framework for shared loyalty recognition across the two hospitality groups as Millennium Hotels & Resorts marks its 30th year and IHCL continues to expand the reach of its loyalty platform.
