Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Maritim Hotels have announced a strategic loyalty partnership that unites their respective programs, MyMillennium and MyMaritim. The collaboration enables members to receive exclusive privileges across participating properties in both portfolios.

The partnership was formalized at a signing ceremony held at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa in London. The agreement was signed by saurabh prakash, interim chief operating officer and chief commercial officer at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, and roland elter, chief commercial officer of Maritim Hotels.

“This collaboration is a forward-thinking move that aligns with our vision of enhancing guest loyalty through global partnerships,” said kwek eik sheng, executive director of Millennium Hotels & Resorts. “By seamlessly integrating the strengths and benefits across two trusted hospitality brands, we’re offering our members more value, wider choices and enhanced rewards across an expanded networks of destinations and experiences.”

Members of MyMillennium will receive loyalty discounts on Best Available Rates at participating Maritim Hotels, while MyMaritim members will gain access to discounts on Flexible Rates at Millennium Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Both brands aim to maintain their individual value propositions while offering expanded flexibility.

“At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we’re constantly looking for ways to elevate the guest experience,” said Saurabh Prakash. “This partnership with Maritim Hotels strengthens our loyalty ecosystem by bridging complementary markets. It gives our members broader access and seamless recognition wherever their travels take them.”

Participating hotels include destinations in Singapore, London, New York City, and Dubai, as well as vacation locations like Phuket and Penang. MyMillennium members will now have access to Maritim’s German properties in cities such as Dresden, Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin.

“This partnership delivers enhanced experiences without compromising the essence of either brand,” said Roland Elter, chief commercial officer of Maritim Hotels. “It’s a step forward in building meaningful connections with our global guests.”

In addition to loyalty benefits, the partnership includes joint participation in trade shows and roadshows. Both companies will align on sales initiatives and provide reciprocal staff benefits such as access to friends and family rate programs.

“We are proud to partner with Millennium Hotels & Resorts,” added chief commercial officer Elter. “This loyalty collaboration creates exciting new opportunities for our members to experience international travel with greater benefits and convenience, while honouring the distinct spirit of both brands.”

Millennium Hotels & Resorts owns, manages and operates more than 145 properties in over 80 destinations. Maritim Hotels is Germany’s largest owner-managed hotel group. With this alliance, both companies aim to “drive loyalty through meaningful, guest-first innovation” and set a new benchmark for cross-brand collaboration in the hospitality industry.
