He acquired and renovated an Americas Best Value Inn in Georgia in 2015, transforming it into a Quality Inn. Patel added two more Georgia-based Quality Inns to his portfolio, in 2022 and 2023. Implementing features like LED strips and sensor bathroom lights, Patel's properties stand out, incorporating ideas from higher chain scales. Prioritizing guest satisfaction, he brought customer-centric practices from his Subway franchise days to the hospitality industry, ensuring that every guest comment is addressed.
