Mews acquires Clarity to strengthen its presence in the UK and Asia-Pacific

💾 Mews, a cloud hospitality solutions provider, acquired Clarity Hospitality Software Solutions to expand in the Asia-Pacific region and the UK, where Clarity has operated since 1992 and 2016 respectively. In 2024, Mews reached a $1 billion valuation, saw a 42% client increase in the UK, and a 16% rise in the Asia-Pacific. Mews now has over 75,000 users. The acquisition supports Mews' growth and the industry's digital transformation.

Philip Steiner Appointed Chief Operating Officer for Cycas Hospitality
