Hyatt Reports Q1 2025 Results

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation, in its Q1 2025 report, announced a 5.7% increase in RevPAR, 10.5% net rooms growth, and a net income of $20 million with adjusted net income at $46 million. EPS was reported at $0.19, with adjusted EPS at $0.46. Gross fees surged by 16.9% to $307 million, and adjusted EBITDA grew 5.4% to $273 million, or 24.4% when accounting for 2024 asset sales. The pipeline included approximately 138,000 rooms, and the company repurchased 1.1 million shares for $149 million. Full-year 2025 projections indicate a RevPAR growth of 1-3%, net rooms growth of 6-7%, and a net income between $95 and $150 million. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to reach $1,080 to $1,135 million, representing a 6-12% increase, while adjusted free cash flow is forecasted between $450 and $500 million, not including certain acquisition-related costs.
