Dan Brennan has been appointed general manager of Brockencote Hall Hotel, following a period in the role on an acting basis.
Brennan joined the Worcestershire country house hotel in December 2019 as reception manager and was promoted to deputy general manager in February 2023.
He has been serving as acting general manager in recent months, during which time he was credited with strengthening both guest experience and internal leadership.
His appointment follows completion of the hotel’s in-house Thrive leadership programme and the Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma.
In his new role, Brennan plans to “build on strong foundations” at the property and will focus on empowering the team and maintaining service standards.
Brockencote Hall is part of the Eden Hotel Collection. The group has not yet confirmed Brennan’s successor in the deputy role.
Eden Hotel Collection said: “Now officially general manager, Dan is excited to build on the strong foundations at Brockencote Hall, leading by example, empowering his team, and maintaining the high standards our guests know and love. We’re proud of his journey and excited for what’s to come.”
