COMO Hotels to operate hotel and residences in Melbourne

🏨 In early 2028, COMO Hotels and Resorts will debut on Melbourne's St Kilda Road, marking their second Australian property. The project includes 102 hotel rooms and 54 residences, along with a COMO Shambhala wellness center. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the development will feature a restaurant, café, and bar. COMO operates 18 properties globally and enters Australia's east coast for the first time. The development is a collaboration with Orchard Piper and The Carter Group.

Developer selected to build Tulsa convention center hotel

Highgate appoints SVP of aquisitions for Europe
