Nordic Hotels & Resorts unveils a new property in Sweden

🏨 Nordic Hotels & Resorts will open The Dock Urban Hotel & Spa in Södertälje, Sweden, in November 2025. Located 30 minutes from Stockholm, this 14-story hotel will feature 183 rooms, including three suites. The Dock will house several dining options and a conference space called The Dock Back Stage. April 2025: the French hospitality industry takes off again

📅 April 2025, France: The French hotel industry saw an upswing with the Easter weekend and Spring holidays from April 5 to May 5. RevPAR increased by 5.2% in low-cost, 3.4% in budget, and 10.4% in upscale segments. Paris occupancy neared 80% with a 6.8% RevPAR boost. International tourism to France rose, with East Asian and North American arrivals up by 4.8% and 8.1%, while Italy, Spain, and Belgium also showed over 20% growth.
