🏨 TRIBE plans to open over 40 hotels in the next five years, with 75% in Europe. Notable openings include TRIBE Paris Clichy (120 rooms) and TRIBE Paris Pantin (131 rooms). TRIBE Budapest Stadium (166 rooms) and TRIBE Riga City Centre (81 rooms) also feature in their expansion. TRIBE Paris Pantin aims for Green Key certification. Founded in 2017 in Australia, the brand is known for stylish, affordable hotels with social hubs and modern amenities.

Whitbread celebrates topping out of new Premier Inn in Manchester
🏨 Whitbread is expanding in Manchester, with a ten-storey Premier Inn on Rochdale Road set to open in autumn 2026, featuring 157 rooms.
