[UPDATE] TRIBE steps up its expansion in France and Europe
🏨 TRIBE plans to open over 40 hotels in the next five years, with 75% in Europe. Notable openings include TRIBE Paris Clichy (120 rooms) and TRIBE Paris Pantin (131 rooms). TRIBE Budapest Stadium (166 rooms) and TRIBE Riga City Centre (81 rooms) also feature in their expansion. TRIBE Paris Pantin aims for Green Key certification. Founded in 2017 in Australia, the brand is known for stylish, affordable hotels with social hubs and modern amenities.

Whitbread celebrates topping out of new Premier Inn in Manchester
🏨 Whitbread is expanding in Manchester, with a ten-storey Premier Inn on Rochdale Road set to open in autumn 2026, featuring 157 rooms. Following its site acquisition in February 2024 and construction start in October 2024, the hotel will be Whitbread's second largest in Manchester city centre. Kimpton expands in Europe with Kimpton Atlântico Algarve
🏖️ Kimpton Hotels, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, plans to open its first resort in Portugal, Kimpton Atlântico Algarve, in 2025. Located on São Rafael Beach in Albufeira, the resort will feature 149 rooms and suites with interiors by Nini Andrade Silva. The property offers a 1,800 sqm Wellness Hub and diverse dining options. IHG operates 19 hotels across six brands in Portugal, with 66 hotels open in the Iberian Peninsula and 26 more in development.

IHG reaches 13,000-room milestone in Spain with the addition of four new hotels
🏨 Four new hotels are set to open in Spain under IHG's brands: Vignette Collection Mallorca - Finca Banyols (45 rooms, opening H1 2025), Vignette Collection Jerez (34 rooms, opening H2 2025), Hotel Indigo Gandia - Beach (40 rooms, opening July 11, 2025), and Holiday Inn Express San Sebastian - Errenteria (82 rooms, opening mid-2026). IHG now boasts nearly 13,000 rooms in Spain, with 700 rooms signed in 2023's first nine months.
