🏨 Further Hotel, designed by MORQ and Studio Wenden, features four buildings in Bali's Pererenan village, promoting an integrated guest experience. Created by Claudio Cuccu and Martine McGrath, it includes handmade brick facades, a rooftop pool, and 25 terracotta-toned suites with sunken beds. The hotel hosts a gallery, shops, and eateries like Portion and Bar Vera. Its unique design aims to honor Balinese culture and support local businesses amidst Bali's rising design scene.

🏠 Rome-based StudioTamat revamped a 1960s villa in Castelli Romani near Rome, blending modernist styles with playful interiors. The design retained the villa's mid-century spirit, creating a 400-square-metre home for Daniele, Sara, and their three daughters. Key features include a mint-green kitchen with a red travertine island, a pink Marenco sofa, and Disney-themed children's rooms. The layout emphasizes open, flowing spaces around an elliptical staircase, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

🏠 In Rome, StudioTamat revamped the 80-square-meter RA House on Viale di Trastevere with glass floors, mirrored ceilings, and a stained glass facade. The late-19th-century structure features a chestnut wood staircase, Verde Alpi marble, and a blue volume for kitchen and utility spaces. The RA House serves as an urban base for a couple, offering a visual connection between floors and a sense of spaciousness with pure volumes and reflected surfaces.

🌃 London, 2025, Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park—a collaboration by AHMM and TiggColl—is a new 12-storey co-living and hotel space near Notting Hill, featuring 322 guest studios. Located beside the Grand Union Canal, it includes a tiered courtyard and exterior of brick, polished steel, and green-glazed terracotta tiles. Communal spaces span three floors, with amenities like a 900-square-metre co-working area, a wellness suite, and creative event spaces. The interior design incorporates over 30 local brands.

🏨 Bi Design House, founded by Sheila Man, is a five-bedroom guesthouse located in Canggu, Bali. Originally designed by Sylvia Fairman, the house transformed into a bespoke hotel after five years. The renovation, featuring Indonesian art and design, took two years. Collaborating with Canadian designer Annie Gauvreau, the design reflects local craftsmanship. The property includes themed rooms, a central courtyard, and views over rice paddies, emphasizing natural airflow and sustainability.

🏨 Danish designer Julie Cloos Mølsgaard transformed a 14th-century townhouse in Lagrasse, South of France, into Vipp's 12th guesthouse. The project features a red marble shower, sculptural staircase, and an aluminium kitchen. Lagrasse is known as one of France's prettiest villages. The townhouse was reorganized across three floors, with the kitchen and dining area on the first floor and a bedroom suite on the uppermost floor, showcasing a custom timber bed and marble shower tray.

🍴 Shii, a Japanese restaurant in Helsinki designed by Joanna Laajisto, opened in summer 2025. It features an 11-course tasting menu and seats 22 diners. The interior, crafted from a 300-year-old oak wine press and sourced from Tori, includes an eight-meter bar and a private dining room. The space, a former bakery, combines Nordic and Japanese influences, using soft lighting and handmade elements, such as a Kyoto washi-paper lantern, to create a warm atmosphere.

🏡 Paris-based Atelier du Pont and Menorca-based Aru Arquitectura transformed two old farm buildings into a four-bedroom summer house in Menorca, named Estancia San José, spread over 76 hectares. The renovation preserved traditional elements while adding contemporary features like pivoting glass doors and an acid-yellow kitchen. The home includes a hammam and outdoor pool, with materials and colors reflecting the owners' global influences from places like Africa and Patagonia. The property will be available for holiday rentals.
