Hyatt Reports 5.4% RevPAR Growth in Q1 2026, Driven by Luxury Segment and Strong International Performance

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corp. achieved a 5.4% RevPAR increase in Q1 compared to last year, with a 7% rise in leisure demand from premium customers. Hyatt opened 3,996 rooms, including Andaz Lisbon and Andaz Shanghai ITC. Net room growth was 5%, and the pipeline grew by 9.4% to 151,000 rooms. World of Hyatt's membership reached 66 million, up 18%. Hyatt anticipates 2%-4% RevPAR growth for the year and net room growth of 6%-7%.
