Originally a department store until 1972, it will now feature 148 serviced apartments. The project leverages Liverpool's strong tourism and cultural demand. Líbere operates in 5 countries across 16 cities with 28 assets, hosting 227,174 guests in 2025. This Liverpool expansion follows their September Rome property announcement and a December entry into France.
