Louvre Hotels Group renforce son ancrage dans les marchés régionaux

🏨 Louvre Hotels Group opened the Kyriad L’Isle-d’Abeau with 53 rooms, near A43 highway, L’Isle-d’Abeau station, and a commercial zone. A restaurant, in partnership with Giorgio e Basta, will open soon. Louvre has over 1,750 hotels in 70 countries, with Kyriad having more than 500 3-star hotels. MEININGER Hotels rebranded Urban House Copenhagen, a 235-room hybrid property, to MEININGER Hotel Copenhagen Vesterbro. In Madrid, MEININGER plans a 193-room hotel at Avenida del Mediterráneo 44, opening by 2027, in collaboration with BNP Paribas Real Estate and Therus Investment. Madrid sees 25 million annual overnight stays, hosting nearly 100 international events yearly, supporting MEININGER's hybrid model.
