🏨 PM Hotel Group will open Hotel Burg, a luxury boutique hotel, in August 2025 in Virginia's wine and hunt country. The 39-room hotel, inspired by Ralph Lauren's aesthetic, highlights Loudoun County's heritage. It features The Huntōn, led by Michelin-starred chef Vincent Badiee. Hotel Burg includes The Diana Lounge, a rooftop bar, and The Chase, a private club. The Manor 1858, a 22-acre event venue, complements the offering. This addition expands PM Hotel Group’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio.

🏖 Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii—The Ambassador Hotel of Waikiki joins Hilton's Tapestry Collection as the first in Hawai‘i, operated by Highgate. The 368-room hotel features mid-century design, two-bedroom suites, and unique lofted bunk-bed rooms. It offers amenities like the Waikiki Swim & Social Club, a retro pool deck, and an onsite dining venue, Favorite Son. The hotel emphasizes a local guest-first philosophy, offering cultural activities and community initiatives like the King Kalakaua Park clean-up.

🏨 Hotel Terra Jackson Hole in Wyoming has completed the first phase of a multi-million dollar renovation, with phases two and three expected to finish by year-end. The renovation emphasizes traditional European ski lodge design while incorporating local elements. Upgrades include new custom furniture, wood ceiling treatments, and enhanced lighting. Future updates will focus on guestroom and suite improvements, corridor transformations, and eco-conscious materials. 🏨 Chicago, Illinois—The Talbott Hotel completed a full-scale renovation and joined Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. The transformation included all 178 guestrooms, public spaces, and event areas, featuring local art and modern design. LAUREL, the new restaurant, opened in May 2024, offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The Gallery Room hosts daily social events, while the former meeting room became a fitness center. Renovation partners included Studio 11 Design and local illustrator Nicole Cicak.

🏨 Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. has started construction on a dual-branded Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton in Lookout Valley, Chattanooga, Tennessee, with a fall 2026 opening. The hotel, part of a new 10-acre mixed-use development, will feature 150 rooms and offer amenities like a resort-style pool, bar, and fitness center. Positioned near Interstate 24, it aims to serve diverse travelers near downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

🎰 Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City unveiled a renovated 25,000 sq. ft. gaming floor featuring 51 tables, 5 private salons, and a high-limit area with a private bar offering rare liquors like Shibui 23. An Asian gaming space was introduced alongside Noodles, a Pan-Asian dining venue. Multilingual hosts and amenities like electronic credit and wireless charging enhance guest experiences. The redesigned B Bar now offers Asian-inspired cocktails and entertainment options.

🏨 Sheraton Hotels & Resorts reopens Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center after a $40 million, six-month renovation. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the 14-story hotel features 321 redesigned guestrooms, 19 updated event spaces, and new dining options, including Esther’s Table. The property offers 23,500 square feet of event space and modern amenities, such as The Community Table and The Booths. The renovation was led by architecture firm Gensler, while the hotel is owned by the Capp family.
