[Update] First Destination by Hyatt to open in Greece

How are coliving and coworking redefining hospitality? – Part 1

Now, 47% of coworkers are from companies with over 50 employees, indicating a shift from spaces primarily for the self-employed.

🏨 European hotel industry trends in April 2025: RevPAR grew by 2.5% to €89.3. Budget segment occupancy increased by 2 points, while the economy segment stayed stable at +0.3 points. Austria led with an 18.1% rise in RevPAR, boosted by a 4-point occupancy increase and an 11.9% daily rate hike. Hungary saw a 12.3% RevPAR boost due to 2.9 points more occupancy and a 7.9% rate rise. The Czech Republic, hosting the Ice Hockey World Championships, grew occupancy by 4.3 points.

Novotel strengthens ocean conservation efforts alongside WWF
