Ireland, 12th February 2026 – Journey, the market leader in hotel retailing and the hospitality industry’s first unified Hospitality Performance Platform, announced its expansion into Ireland with the appointment of a dedicated in-market team, strengthening support for Irish luxury and independent hotels as demand grows for selling more than just the room.

The Ireland team brings complementary expertise across hospitality operations, digital performance and technology. It is led by Khristina Quigley, Head of Payments and Partnerships Director, who brings senior experience in hotel revenue and payments, having held global technology roles at Planet alongside operational revenue positions in Ireland and the UK.

She is supported by Shannon Gallagher, Business Development Manager, who brings operator-side digital and commercial leadership from senior marketing roles at The K Club and across CLIFF’s portfolio of luxury hotels, and Paulina Malik, Business Development Manager, who combines more than a decade of on-property hospitality experience with deep expertise in digital distribution and hotel account management from her time at Bookassist.

The team will attend the Showtel Conference, joining hospitality leaders to discuss innovation, guest experience and the future of hotel performance. Ireland, alongside Spain, marks the first phase of Journey’s international expansion, as the company builds local teams in high-growth, experience-led hospitality markets.

Simon Bullingham, CEO of Journey, said: “Ireland has a strong independent hotel sector with a clear focus on guest experience. As the market evolves, hotels are looking for smarter ways to grow revenue beyond rooms while protecting brand equity and direct relationships. Building a dedicated team in Ireland is a clear statement of our long-term commitment to the market.”

Khristina Quigley, Head of Payments and Partnerships Director at Journey, said:“Ireland’s best hotels deliver exceptional experiences, but too often those experiences are hard to discover and even harder to book. By building a team on the ground, we can partner closely with Irish hoteliers to make every part of the stay retail-ready, driving stronger direct revenue while elevating the guest journey.”

Journey’s Performance Platform enables hotels to retail the entire guest experience through a single booking journey, allowing guests to curate their whole stay in one transaction, from the best table in the restaurant and spa access to yoga classes, poolside cabanas and bike hire, delivering hotels a measurable Return on Experience.
