TUI France unveils new clubs for the 2025 season

🏖️ TUI France will inaugurate 10 new Lookéa and Marmara holiday clubs in summer 2025 across Greece, Spain, Montenegro, Kenya, Mauritius, and the Dominican Republic, augmenting its existing network of 59 clubs. Locations include Club Marmara Gran Palas in Spain, Club Marmara Long Beach and Sandy Beach in Greece, and Club Lookéa Delphi Beach in Greece, Pearl Beach in Montenegro, and Belle Mare in Mauritius. These clubs will boast facilities such as luxury spas, Blue Flag beaches, and sunset terraces. With a team of 650 entertainers and 60 delegates, TUI France offers an average of 12 daily activities like fitness and beach volleyball. The company emphasizes family-friendly experiences with special children's clubs, swimming lessons, and a commitment to environmental consciousness through educational activities and thematic events.

Whitbread bets on a sale and leaseback strategy to drive its growth

Tristan Capital Partners acquires EasyHotel

Motel One achieves record revenue and strategic expansion in 2024

Average occupancy was 71%, reaching 74% in Q4 2024 with a TRevPAR of EUR 102. For 2025, five more hotels will open in Munich, London, Lisbon, Paris, and Vienna, adding 1,140 rooms. PAI Partners' acquisition of an 80% stake will be completed in Q2 2025, supporting further international expansion.

How will the French hotel industry benefit from the May bank holidays in 2025?

France Météo forecasts near-summer temperatures, making it the best-weathered May bank holiday of 2025. However, Brittany coast fell by -11.5%, and North Atlantic coast by -7.4%, with only the Channel coast rising (+3.4%). For the May 8th bank holiday, a calendar shift caused a national booking decline of -8.1%, with Paris as the exception at +4.1%.
