  • 10 April 2025
🏢 WOJO, an Accor Hotels and Boogie Mobile subsidiary founded in 2015, operates 18 sites in France with additional locations in Africa and South America. The company blends office environments with hospitality services, generating 20-25% of turnover through services in the office sector. Traditional fixed leases are shifting towards variable rents, influenced by tenant performance, accounting for up to 20% of forecasted rent. The theme for the year was ‘In the time of Casanova,’ supported by an international campaign. Despite overtourism, Venice didn't impose the entry tax during the carnival. Santa Cruz de Tenerife's Carnival, the second largest globally, drew one million participants in 2024, but current year figures may not reach this record due to falling hotel occupancy rates.
