FB Society, based in Dallas, also owns Haywire, The Ranch, Son of a Butcher, Legacy Food Hall, and Assembly Hall. Magrann was previously president and COO at Makeready, leading Dallas-based hotels and restaurants, including The Adolphus, The Ryder Hotel, Emeline, and The Halcyon. Chef Tiffany Derry to open 2nd Radici Wood-Fried Grill

The Italian concept "Radici," meaning "Roots," first launched in Farmers Branch, Texas last May. The new establishment will be part of the EpicCentral development, aiming to create memorable dining experiences with a space designed to feel inviting and celebrate Italian culinary traditions. T2D Concepts also operates Roots Chicken Shak, Roots Southern Table, and the 'Shef Tiffany spice and apparel line.

John Resnick and chef Eric Bost plan Lilo in Carlsbad, Calif.

🍴 Restaurateurs John Resnick and chef Eric Bost to open Lilo on April 17 in Carlsbad, Calif., a 22-seat restaurant featuring global coastal dishes, housed in a former boogie board factory. Lilo joins their other establishments: Campfire, Jeune et Jolie, Sister Spot, and Wildland. It offers a 12-course tasting menu starting at $265, created with chefs Dusan Todic and Madeline Biehl. The menu includes canapés and dry-aged dishes, curated by wine director Savannah Riedler and beverage director Andrew Cordero. Design by Bells + Whistles, Lilo is located at 2571 Roosevelt St., open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. PDT.

A quick glimpse at Reach Hospitality’s Evelyn steakhouse in Dallas

The 9,500-square-foot venue, designed by ICrave, will feature The Piano Room and The Ruby Room, each with 75 to 100 seats, plus Room Seven lounge. Evelyn offers a beverage program with classic cocktails and martinis priced from $17-$22. The concept aims to provide a luxury space for dining, dancing, and a full night out. The steakhouse will be closed on Mondays.

Reach Hospitality to open Hollywood-inspired Evelyn steakhouse in Dallas

The main dining room seats 85, while the Ruby Room, main bar, and Room Seven lounge will have 75-100 seats each. Martini prices range from $17 to $22. The Price of Fame cocktail costs $150. Menu highlights include Texas Wagyu Strip and dry-aged prime ribeye, with Evelyn closed on Mondays.
