Little Mountain Captures Coastal Warmth in Montecito

🍴 Little Mountain, a new dining spot in Montecito’s Upper Village, is founded by Graham Duncan and Eva and Bryan Schreier. Chef Diego Moya leads the menu, inspired by global seaside traditions. Designer Andrew Cosbie infused the interiors with local historical references and warm materials. An art program, curated by Allison Harding, showcases local artists like Meredith Brooks Abbott. This venue celebrates the landscape and community of Santa Barbara, blending architectural elegance with a welcoming atmosphere.

Equinox Hotels Expands to the Caribbean

🏖 Equinox Hotels is set to expand in the Caribbean with the Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara. The project features 62 rooms and 71 branded residences, including 18 oceanfront and 18 upland villas, plus 35 Equinox residences. Delano Prepares To Debut in Miami, New York, and London

📍 Ennismore partners with Cain for Delano brand revival, introducing Delano SoHo New York, Delano London, and reopening Delano Miami Beach in 2026. Delano Miami Beach will feature 171 guestrooms and suites, including new restaurant and bar concepts.
