The 14-seat omakase bar, designed with Studio Tre, features a unique blend of vintage and modern aesthetics. An immersive music program with over 120 vinyl records from 1935-1990 enhances the dining experience with an Audio Technica vinyl player.

🍾 The Maze, New York's first alcohol-free members club, opens today in the Flatiron District. The 4,600-square-foot space features a restaurant, coffee bar, curated lounges, and event areas, designed by opa Architecture and Laube Studio. It includes a mosaic-tiled dining room, a sports lounge with sofas and screens, and a speakeasy with a burgundy palette. The club's design emphasizes connection over alcohol through architecture and richly colored details.

🏨 Villa San Michele, A Belmond Hotel in Florence, reopens on April 28th after an 18-month restoration. Originally a 15th-century monastery, the villa features 39 redesigned rooms and three new signature suites: Limonaia, Grand Tour, and Botanica. The site introduces the Villa San Michele Spa by Guerlain, with three treatment rooms. The 2.4-acre gardens and gastronomic restaurant led by Chef Alessandro Cozzolino enhance the guest experience. A partnership with La DoubleJ enriches wellness programming.

🏠 Fashion house Maison Margiela is launching Maison Margiela Residences in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah in partnership with Alta Real Estate Development. Launching with 25 bespoke units, the design by architect Carlo Colombo features travertine furnishings and a custom furniture line. Residents can access amenities like an art gallery, spa, and gym. This launch coincides with a new boutique and a café at the Mall of the Emirates.

🏨 Woolley Grange, a Jacobean manor near Bath, England, reopened following a renovation by StudioJill. The redesign includes all 25 rooms, public spaces, and a revitalized spa with new treatment rooms and a sauna. It blends tradition with modern comfort, using earthy tones and handcrafted furniture. The hotel retains beloved features like fairground rides and the Woolley Bears Den children’s club. Future enhancements include new rooms and garden upgrades.

🏠 Quality Branded opens Limusina, a 215-seat, tri-level restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, formerly a parking garage. Designed with GRT Architects, the space spans 5,000 sq ft, embracing a retro-futuristic vibe inspired by *Blade Runner*. Highlights include a main bar with abstract lighting, a dining room with naturally dyed curtains and marble floors, and a secret dining room for 10. Unique features include a "pool" dining area and red-and-purple travertine private room.

🏨 Hotel Glorieta opens on October 25th above downtown Santa Fe, featuring 128 rooms. Owned by Bullwhip Capital and JMI Realty, and redesigned by French & French Interiors, it retains the original 1976 architectural character with modern touches. Amenities include a retail shop, the Marigold Room for entertainment, a Leisure Club, and new dining at Lady Duff’s Lounge. Event spaces are upgraded, including the Maravilla Ballroom and an intimate Chapel with an outdoor lawn for weddings.
