🏨 The Red Sea EDITION opened in Saudi Arabia on Shura Island, marking EDITION's second Saudi location after Jeddah. The luxury hotel features 240 rooms, including 53 suites, pools, a spa, gym, and multiple dining options. Guests arrive via Saudi Arabia's longest internal bridge. Designed by Rockwell Group, the resort spans over 10,760 square feet of event space, including a ballroom for 500 guests. The upcoming ANASA restaurant, led by chef Basma Elkhereiji, opens in December.

🏠 Proper Hospitality, in collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, will open the Dallas Proper Hotel & Residences in 2029 in Uptown Dallas. Designed by SOM with interiors by Kelly Wearstler, it will feature a 15,000-square-foot Proper Wellness & Padel Club, 200 guestrooms, over 22,000 square feet of event space, and 80 residences. The development includes three restaurants and five bar concepts, offering holistic wellness and cultural programming. Wearstler emphasizes the dynamic spirit of Dallas in her design approach.

🍴 Gracious Hospitality Management (GHM) has launched COTE Vegas at the Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, as part of a $1.5 billion transformation. Founded by Simon Kim, COTE offers a Korean steakhouse experience. The 17,000-square-foot venue, designed by Rockwell Group, features a dynamic dining atmosphere with stadium-style seating, live DJ, and private skybox dining rooms. Following successes in Singapore and New York, GHM plans further expansion, including a location at 550 Madison Avenue in 2026.

🏨 The Douglas, a 16-room boutique hotel in Savannah’s Historic District, inhabits an 1853 townhouse. Over 170 years, the building served various roles, including a banker’s home and WWII apartments. Local firms Reggie Gibson Architects and Glenn Keyes Architects led the restoration, preserving elements like Murano glass chandeliers. Designer Kirby Caldwell infused Vitruvian principles into the interiors, featuring antiques, custom pieces, and a refined color palette, blending modern design with historic charm.

🍴 Motek, founded by Charlie and Tessa Levy, opened its first New York location in the Flatiron District. Established in 2020, this Miami-born Mediterranean restaurant is known for its kosher-style menu and vibrant design. The New York space was designed with Silvia Zofio of SZPROJECTS, combining Mediterranean warmth with New York's sophistication through vintage-inspired elements and natural materials. This flagship celebrates cultural connection and storytelling, aiming to recreate familial hospitality in an elegant setting.

🏨 Limelight Boulder, the first hotel in partnership with the University of Colorado Boulder, has opened. Located in Boulder, this 252-room hotel, designed by WATG and Meyer Davis, is the largest all-electric hotel in the U.S. and aims for LEED Gold certification. With art curated by Eaton Fine Art, the hotel features a 15,000-square-foot ballroom, a rooftop pool, and F&B options like Ajax Tavern and Crepe Therapy Café. Future openings are planned in Mammoth, CA, and Charleston, SC.
