The Red Sea EDITION Launches on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island

🏨 The Red Sea EDITION opened in Saudi Arabia on Shura Island, marking EDITION's second Saudi location after Jeddah. The luxury hotel features 240 rooms, including 53 suites, pools, a spa, gym, and multiple dining options. Guests arrive via Saudi Arabia's longest internal bridge. Designed by Rockwell Group, the resort spans over 10,760 square feet of event space, including a ballroom for 500 guests. The upcoming ANASA restaurant, led by chef Basma Elkhereiji, opens in December.

Dallas Proper Hotel & Residences To Open in 2029

Designed by SOM with interiors by Kelly Wearstler, it will feature a 15,000-square-foot Proper Wellness & Padel Club, 200 guestrooms, over 22,000 square feet of event space, and 80 residences. The development includes three restaurants and five bar concepts, offering holistic wellness and cultural programming. Wearstler emphasizes the dynamic spirit of Dallas in her design approach.

COTE Korean Steakhouse Debuts at the Venetian Las Vegas

🍴 Gracious Hospitality Management (GHM) has launched COTE Vegas at the Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, as part of a $1.5 billion transformation. Founded by Simon Kim, COTE offers a Korean steakhouse experience. Local firms Reggie Gibson Architects and Glenn Keyes Architects led the restoration, preserving elements like Murano glass chandeliers. Designer Kirby Caldwell infused Vitruvian principles into the interiors, featuring antiques, custom pieces, and a refined color palette, blending modern design with historic charm.

Studio Paolo Ferrari Named BD’s 2025 Designer of the Year

Limelight Boulder Debuts on University of Colorado Campus
