The system, with IATA code "W1," supports inventory management and codeshare operations. Swedish virtual airline Brommaflyg uses SMS to connect Visby and Stockholm Bromma Airport. SMS facilitates GDS connections, e-ticketing, and integrates with loyalty modules, offering a streamlined solution for airlines. Additionally, GO7's virtual interlining provides seamless baggage check-through and partner channel sales.

AmaWaterways enhances travel agent experience

Surge in Christmas demand for European cities

📅 Paris and London have seen hotel bookings for the Christmas period increase by 22% and 31%, respectively, according to RateGain's data. Spanish cities Madrid and Barcelona experienced growth of 75% and 46%, while Rome and Warsaw saw increases of 49% and 51%. The data covers stays booked from December 20 to January 4. International arrivals rose 42%, with long-haul destinations down by 62%. Travelers are booking nearly three months ahead, with longer stays being popular.
