Prima Asset Management partners with Schwartz Family Co. to boost London hotel investments

🏦 Singapore's Prima Asset Management partnered with Australia's Schwartz Family Co. to boost London real estate presence. Prima's hotel project in Paddington will see the Victorian-era hotel expand from 68 to over 80 rooms after renovations. Acquired in June 2024, financed by OakNorth Bank, the project is in collaboration with Capilon Group. Schwartz Family Co., with a portfolio of 15 hotels and over 4,300 rooms, invests in Prima's vision for sustainable hospitality. London, a top hotel investment destination, saw €2.6 billion in hotel deals in H1 2024, up 215% from H1 2023. Prima aims for another hotel acquisition by Q1 2025.

Toronto’s Mimi Chinese will open its first U.S. location in Miami Beach

Mimi Chinese Miami will offer signature dishes and a beverage program with cocktails, wines, baijiu, and sakes. Schwartz received the Michelin Young Chef award in 2023.

Hilton expands luxury footprint with addition of Conrad in Mexico

🏖️ Hilton, in partnership with Parks Hospitality Holdings, will open Conrad Los Cabos in Mexico by 2027. This resort will be located in the Baja California Sur region and will become Conrad's first property on the Baja California Peninsula, joining Hilton's eight existing properties in the area. It will feature 175 rooms and residences, including 111 guest rooms with private plunge pools. The resort will offer a 3,000-square-foot spa, fitness center, several pools, five dining venues, and over 500 square feet of meeting space. Conrad Los Cabos will be part of the OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf community, and it will include Ernie Els’ first golf course in Mexico. Hilton plans to expand its luxury portfolio in the Caribbean and Latin America with over 270 hotels and 135 properties in development.

Hyatt Set to Expand Brand Presence in Nepal With Hyatt Regency Lumbini
