Accor beats first quarter revenue expectations
🏨 Accor, Europe’s largest hotel group, reported Q1 2025 revenue of €1.35 billion on Apr 25, surpassing the €1.31B analyst forecast. The revenue increased from the previous year's €1.24B. The Luxury & Lifestyle segment saw a 17.9% growth year-on-year. Accor opened 45 hotels and targets a 3–4% annual RevPAR growth. RevPAR rose to €69, a 5% increase. The US market's slowdown is less impactful with only 5% of bookings, while Canadian travel benefits local hotels.
