Lionel Jadot converts former military barracks into Jam Hotel Ghent
🏨 Studio Lionel Jadot transformed a former military barracks in Ghent, Belgium, into a vibrant 108-room hotel. Overseen by B2Ai, the building retains its historic architecture while integrating over 40 local designers' contributions. The design, led by Louise Michiels, emphasizes sustainability, using reclaimed materials from the original structure and local sources. Notable features include a modular bed system by OpenStructures and a reception counter crafted from old storage racks, aiming for an artist's workshop feel.
