For its 65th anniversary, Four Seasons opts for a decisive leap forward

📅 Founded in 1961, Four Seasons, led by CEO Alejandro Reynal, emphasizes service excellence. The brand stays focused on hotels, residences, aviation, and yachts. Ownership includes Bill Gates, Prince Alwaleed, and Isadore Sharp. With 135 hotels and 61 residences in 47 countries, expansion plans include Cartagena, Venice, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, and others, totaling 60 projects. Four Seasons Yachts launches in 2026. The Private Jet Experience continues, with new itineraries in Bali, Spain, and Mexico.

France emerges as one of the three markets driving CapitaLand’s growth, alongside Japan and Australia

📈 CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS) manages assets worth €6 billion with 103 properties in 45 cities across 16 countries. Revenue increased by 3% to €560 million, and gross profit rose 4% to €257 million. REVPAU is S$161 (€107), up 3%. In 2025, €200 million in assets were disposed, with two-thirds reinvested in Japan. 70% of properties are green-certified, aiming for 100% by 2030. Future plans include renovations and sustainable growth.

Despite a highly disrupted environment, the British group Travelodge navigates through 2025 with measured growth

🏨 Travelodge Group ended 2025 with a revenue increase of 0.7%, totaling £1,044 million across 625 hotels and 85 Bar Café outlets in the UK and Spain. Despite this, RevPAR decreased by 1.9% to €66. The group opened 21 new UK hotels, with a further pipeline in Spain, while anticipating a 6% to 7.5% gross cost inflation in 2026. Planned capital expenditure for 2026 is €116 million, with continued investment and development focus.

International stays made up two-thirds of revenue, with top countries being Thailand (93%) and Portugal (87%). The U.S. and U.K. were leading markets, generating USD 432 million. Growth is expected in 2026, driven by younger travelers.
