"HBO's 'The White Lotus' Season 3 is set to air on Sunday, showcasing Koh Samui, Thailand. The series' portrayal of luxury resorts has previously boosted tourism in Maui and Sicily. Koh Samui, home to about 68,000 residents, is featured on the New York Times' 52 Places to Go in 2025 and is Travel+Leisure’s 2025 destination of the year. The cast includes Lalisa Manobal from K-pop group Blackpink. Local anticipation and 'White Lotus' effect are expected to attract a significant number of visitors.
